In Between Some Sort of Shape explores conflicting psychological states and their physical unfolding: the struggle between holding on and letting go, wanting and not wanting, fitting in and stretching boundaries.
The work's motif is the tension of existing within an uncertain space. The anxiety stemming from the ambiguity of having to conform to defined contexts is revealed through the observation of body movements.
